Warranty of North’s Outdoor Furniture

North’s Outdoor Furniture offers a lifetime structural warranty on the aluminium outdoor furniture they produce.

In the unlikely event that your North’s cast aluminium product fails structurally during normal use, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, parts and labor inclusive. Finishes are guaranteed from the date of purchase, not to peel, crack or blister for a period of 3 (three) years if the furniture is inland, and 1 (one) year if the furniture is at the coast.

Exclusions from this warranty include failure caused, in our opinion, by wind, hail or other acts of God or by unreasonable or abusive use.

The Warranty requires the customer to follow our care and maintenance instructions.

Although virtually maintenance-free, with a little care and attention your North’s aluminium furniture will maintain its original appearance for many years to come. Use only water and natural soaps or a good car shampoo for cleaning.  Never use solvents or abrasives.  This will deteriorate and damage your powder coating.
